The Womb Honey Audio Meditation

Welcome love. This is the womb honey meditation. This practise is designed to send healing energy to your womb space using the power of visualisation. Begin by lying down comfortably on your back, making sure that you're warm enough and using cushions to support your head or your legs if you desire. Take a moment to adjust yourself and get comfortable. Hands can face the ceiling and the feet can float out slightly to the side to begin. And when you found a comfortable way to lie, bring your hands in yoni mudra over the womb space so the tips of your thumbs connect at the navel and your index fingers connect in the bottom point of a triangle shape. Feel the warmth of your hands resting over your womb and your ovaries. Take a few deep breaths, exhaling out through the mouth to soften your body into the space, making your exhalation a little bit deeper than usual. Let's begin. I invite you to picture the face of a beloved person. Someone with whom there is no tension around loving. Somebody whom you love unconditionally. Picture this beloved in as much detail as you can. Imagine them happy, healthy and free. And now picture them smiling at you and receive their smile in your body, allowing your own mouth to curl in a natural smile, back to this beloved. And as your lips curl in this natural smile, feel the energy centres in your head coming alive, perhaps feeling some sensations of energy awakening in the head. Staying with this gentle smile, I'd like you to envision a beautiful golden liquid like honey. And as the energy centres of your head come awake from this smiling energy, I'd like you to visualise this honey golden liquid pouring down through the head and into the throat. Continuing to smile, feel this warm golden liquid pouring down through the throat and into the chest and the breasts, into the heart and down through the central channel of your body. Slowly the liquid pours, golden, warm and pure, the energy of love. And as it pours down through the central channel of your body, I'd like you to envision your pelvic bowl at the base of your body, collecting all of this beautiful golden honey. Your pelvic bowl cradles this healing liquid touching your womb space, your ovaries, your cervix and your yoni, and infusing all of these feminine power centres with this loving energy. As this warm gold and liquid fills the pelvic bowl and spreads to touch all of these feminine power centres, I'd like you to visualise that anything stagnant or stuck in the pelvic bowl is being lovingly washed away through this golden light. Smile to your womb, smile to your whole body, feeling the effects of being bathed in this loving honey liquid. Continue to lie for as long as feels good.

Yoga Nidra

Relaxation is essential for making sure that our sexual energy can flow freely. When we're relaxed, we're able to be in our parasympathetic nervous system and it's from this nervous system activation that deep arousal can happen. The practise of yoga, nidra or conscious sleep is one way that we can become masters or mistresses of relaxation. In this practise, all you need to do is lie down comfortably in shavasana. Please make sure you're very warm and cosy. When your body becomes still, your temperature will drop, so it's good to cover yourself with a blanket and to make sure you have socks and cushions supporting you under the head, perhaps a thicker cushion under your knees. And if you have an eye pillow or a cloth to cover your eyes, then bring one of these as well. Lying in shavasana, with your arms out by the sides of your body and a space between your legs, let your feet flop out to the sides. Find the most comfortable position that you can take a moment just to make any small adjustments to your pose so that you can lie still for the next 15 minutes. You when you found a position that feels good, settle into it and begin to notice your breath. Take an inhalation through your nose and exhale out through your mouth with a deep sigh. Inhale through the nose, exhale out through your mouth the sigh. And with this exhalation, feel your body surrender to gravity and begin to sink down. Imagine that the mental energy is sinking into the rest of your body. Be aware of your entire body lying still on the ground. Notice how your body is held by the earth underneath you. Notice how perfectly your body rests in this space of embrace by the earth. Can you soften a little more into this embrace? And is there any tension that you may be holding in your body that you can let go of for the next few minutes? Bringing your awareness to your belly and noticing how with every inhalation, your belly is very slightly rising up. And with every exhalation, how your belly is slightly sinking down. How on the inhalation your belly is rising up, and on the exhalation, your belly is sinking down. And we're going to count 20 of these breaths beginning at 20, 19, 18. 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 ,6, 5, 4, 3, 2,1. Letting go of the awareness of the breath at the belly, inviting your body to soften into the space of surrender a little more, fully noticing any tension and seeing if you're able to consciously dissolve it. Preparing now to move your awareness around the body part by part. Beginning at the right thumb, notice your right thumb, your right second finger, third finger, fourth finger and fifth finger. Noticing your right wrist, your right elbow, your right shoulder, right hip, right knee, right ankle, right big toe, second toe, third right toe, fourth right toe and fifth right toe. Bringing your awareness now to your left thumb, second finger, third finger, fourth finger and fifth finger. Noticing the left wrist, the left elbow, the left shoulder, left hip, left knee, left ankle, left big toe, second toe, third toe, fourth toe and fifth toe. Noticing the entire right side of your body and now the left side of your body. Noticing the back of your head, your right eye, your left eye, your right nostril and your left nostril, your upper lip, your lower lip, your tongue. Softening everything inside your mouth. Bringing your awareness to the entire body. The entire body lying in shavasana. Lying in shavasana. Imagine your body is becoming heavy, your arms are heavy, your head is heavy, your legs are heavy. Imagine the entire body is becoming heavy and is sinking down into the mat your body sinks more and more deeply down. Your body is the coming lighter, your arms are lighter, your legs are lighter, your head is lighter the whole of your body is becoming lighter and is rising up and up, up above the ground your body becoming lighter and lighter. Feeling Weightless hold that feeling of weightlessness in your body and now imagine your body is sinking back to the mat, regaining its natural weight, noticing the gentle sensations of your breath and being aware that the Practise of Yoga Nidra is coming to an end try to move as slowly as you can from the transition to wakefulness. You can begin by gently deepening your breath and then starting to move your fingers and your toes whenever you feel ready, stretching out the whole of your body and you may wish to move into an upright position or to continue resting here.

Pleasure Pulse Meditation

Welcome to the pleasure pulse meditation. The Pleasure Pulse Meditation is designed to awaken your connection to the pleasure of the moment, allowing you to open to more succulents in the non sexual pleasures of life. You can begin lying down on your back or seated in a comfortable meditation posture. Take a moment to make your body absolutely comfortable. You begin by cupping your yoni with your hands so that your hands are lightly gripping around the outside of your yoni. Bring your awareness to your breath, noticing the subtle movement of breath in and out through your nostrils. Start to pour your awareness like a liquid into the breath. So you're noticing the rhythm and the length and the sensations of your breath. Begin to make your breath a little deeper, a little longer, and take your next inhale through your nose and draw it deep down into the depths of your belly, allowing your belly to fill with breath on the inhalation. Continue to breathe like this, drawing your inhalations deep down into your belly, as if you're filling the lower body up with this beautiful breath. And as your breath travels down into the lower body, start to spread your awareness here, into the hips, the thighs, the pelvic bowl and everything inside your pelvic bowl. Your womb, your ovaries, your yoni, your cervix. Now we'll start to bring some sound into the practise. We're going to make the sound with our next exhale. So as you exhale, purse your lips together and make the sound for the entire duration of your exhale. And again, take a nice deep inhalation down into your belly and when it's time to exhale, make this m sound for the entire duration of your outbreath. And again with your next exhale, make the sound. Noticing what this sound does to your body, how this sensation of vibration at your lips travels down through the entire central channel spreading this tingling sensation. Start to feel your body coming alive, waking up. And now bring your awareness into your yoni, the place where your hands are cupping. Can you feel a pulse here, like a tiny heartbeat emanating from the centre of your yoni, this sacred space. As you notice this pulse. Can you begin now to increase its intensity using your awareness, imagining this heartbeat becoming stronger, becoming deeper and spreading it out through the rest of your yoni. Staying with your breath as you do this, increasing the intensity of this pleasure pulse and spreading it up into the pelvic bowl, touching the cervix, touching the womb, touching the ovaries and spreading the sensations of pleasure into these feminine power centres. Imagining that the whole of your pelvic bowl is filling with this delicious pleasure, imagining your breath is stirring and expanding these sensations. As the sensations become stronger, begin to spread them throughout the rest of your body, rising them up into the belly and chest, down through the arms and the legs, up through the throat to the crown of the head. Until the whole of your body is bathed in the pleasure pulse, spreading it over the breasts and the sensitivity of your nipples over your soft lips, allowing your mouth to curl in a gentle smile. MMM. How does it feel? Allowing this pulse to bathe your whole body in pleasure? This is available for you to connect with any time. It is always accessible in each and every moment of your life. This is the feeling of eros, the feeling of being turned on to life. Please feel welcome to stay here, playing with, expanding the sensations for as long as feels good. Yoni Reflexology

Welcome to this guided Yoni reflexology practise. And for this practise you're going to want to be relaxed, somewhere peaceful and private, where you're not going to be disturbed. It's also important that your body is ready to do this practise, so you may wish to begin with a breast massage or some kind of other relaxing practise that is also going to make your yoni ready to receive gentle touch. Yoni reflexology works like the traditional reflexology we see for the hands and the ears and the feet, except that it's a little bit more powerful because it works both on the relevant organs and the energy system and meridian system associated with the organ. Before beginning the Yoni reflexology practise, you want to familiarise yourself with the yoni reflexology diagram that shows you the different segments of the yoni. And what we're going to do is we're going to touch each segment which corresponds to a particular organ in your body. And each organ has negative and positive characteristics and colours and sounds associated with them. So we're going to massage each point and you can use your fingers or yoni wand or both, depending on how easily accessible each segment is for you. And after applying some loving touch and connecting with each zone, we're going to inhale the positive characteristic associated with the organ and then exhale the negative quality. We're going to visualise the colour and make the healing sound. So let's begin. We start with the kidney zone located at the opening of your yoni. The positive aspects of the kidney are gentleness and calmness. We associate blue with these qualities. The negative aspects of the kidneys are fear and doubt and we associate black with these qualities. The healing sound for the kidney is chu. So I invite you now to inhale blue into this zone and the qualities of gentleness and calmness and to exhale the colour black, along with any fear and doubt. Making the sound inhale blue gentle and calm exhale black. Fear and doubt inhale blue. Gentle and calm exhale fear and doubt, black colour. Take a moment to rest and relax here and continue to visualise the colour blue at this area. Next we move to the liver at the second zone. The positive aspect associated with the liver are kindness and generosity, the colour green. The negative aspects are anger and greed and the colour brown. The healing sound for the liver is so let's begin inhaling the colour green into this second segment with kindness and generosity exhaling the colour brown. Anger and greed with the sound sh. Inhaling kindness, generosity, colour green, exhaling brown. Anger, greed with the sound "shhhh". Inhaling green, kindness, generosity exhaling brown. Anger and greed sh and continue to invite the colour green into the liver zone. Resting here close. Now we move to the third segment, the spleen. The positive aspects associated with the spleen are openness and fairness and the colour gold. The negative aspects are worry and anxiety. Associated with a dirty yellow colour. The sound for the spleen is ho. Let's begin inhaling the colour gold and the qualities of openness and fairness exhaling worry and anxiety. And the sound ho. Inhaling gold openness and fairness exhaling dirty yellow worry, anxiety and the sound ho. Inhaling gold. Openness, fairness, exhaling worry, anxiety, dirty yellow ho. Continue to inhale gold into the spleen segment, filling this part of your journey with the qualities of openness and fairness. And now moving to the lungs, the fourth segment. This is the area just below your cervix. The positive aspects of the lungs are courage and confidence. We associate the lungs with a bright white colour. The negative aspects of the lungs of sadness and nostalgia. We associate this with grey and the sound s. When you're ready, begin to inhale bright white into the lung segment with courage and confidence and exhale grey sadness and nostalgia with the sound inhale bright white courage, confidence exhale sadness, nostalgia grey and continue to breathe bright white into the lung segment. And finally we reach the heart zone at the cervix. The positive aspects of the heart are love and joy and the colour red. The negative aspects are impatience hastiness colour is rusty red and the sound is ha inhale bright red into the cervix. Love and joy exhale hastiness impatience, rusty red colour and the sound ha inhale ruby red love and joy exhale rusty red impatience ha inhale love joy bright red exhale rusty red impatience ha and continue to breathe the colour ruby red into your cervix. And at the end of this meditation any sexual energy that you have cultivated in this practise I invite you to envision storing it behind your navel as a pink pearl. Take a moment to lie in stillness.

Therapeutic Yoni Massage

In this audio, I'm going to share with you how to do your own therapeutic yoni massage. So the intention with this massage is not so much pleasure or orgasm, but to reacquaint you with the inner landscape of your yoni. And this may well lead to feelings of arousal which can then move into self pleasure and orgasm. Before beginning this practise, you'll want to be in a private space, somewhere where you're not going to be disturbed. Somewhere where you feel comfortable and able to relax. You may like to practise breast massage before this practise so that your body feels soft and open and ready to receive internal touching. Down on your bed, you may like to bring some essential oils or coconut oils and start to massage your belly massaging, your hips, your buttocks and your thighs, touching yourself in nourishing soft strokes the way you like to be touched. If it feels natural for you to release sounds as you do this, then this can be a beautiful way to create more relaxation and openness in your body. And now start to massage your vulva, the outer lips of your yearnie, massaging the Venus mound and noticing whether there is wetness and arousal at the urini, or whether you need to add your own preferred lubricant. And as you're doing this, your breath is deep and slow and sensual. And now, placing a hand over your yoni, start to cheque in with your inner boundary. Ask yourself, am I ready to receive internal touch? Listen carefully for a full yes, and if you don't receive a full yes, it's a no. Then you can pause this practise and come back to it another day. If you receive a yes, then you can start to massage and touch gently the inner lips of the labia, stroking the clitoris and feeling the soft skin here. What do you notice? Give your yoni time to open. There is no rush. If your yoni is opening and you're feeling aroused, start to take your finger inside. To start with just placing the first two inches and massaging slowly in a circle around the vaginal opening so the very, very front of the vagina. What do you feel here? And we want to feel throughout this practise for any numbness, for any pain or discomfort and for pleasure. What feels good continuing to massage here. And if you feel that your yoni is ready to go a little bit deeper, then start to place more of your finger in so that you're now touching the inner walls of your yoni. And be aware that the space just above your anus, your rectum area, is usually very sensitive. And just below your urethra, your bladder opening is also very sensitive. So these are at six and 12:00. So just pay attention to these parts really going softly in these spaces. Continuing to massage inner circle around the inner walls of your yoni, what do you feel here? Anytime you want to take the finger out, do so massage the external yoni, the vulva, the clitoris, and then bring the finger back inside. And if it feels good, you can take your finger or fingers in a little deeper. Again, feeling around massaging in small circles the way that you would massage your shoulder if it felt stiff and needed some loving touch. What do you feel here? What are you encountering? Now, if you bring your fingers in the direction of your pubis bone, so taking them into a come hither gesture, with the fingers pointing up in the direction of your head, you're going to find the G spot area. And this feels like a little bump. That is a different texture to the rest of the skin of your yoni walls. It may feel very small at first. Can you feel the G spot? Notice what you feel here. It's totally okay if you feel nothing or numbness or pain. Don't judge any of the sensations that come up. Just observe them and offer your loving touch. And we're not going to explore the G spot in its fullness right now. We're just noticing these different orgasmic spaces within our yoni. Notice what's happening to your G spot. Is it engorging? Is the skin's gland here starting to swell and fill up with water? Keep exploring, close it and continuing to explore deeper into your vaginal canal, will move towards the very top of the vagina, which is where your cervix is located. Now be very gentle here. Go slowly. Every woman's vaginal canal is a different length. So it's very possible that some of you will not be able to go very close to your cervix. That is okay. Just go as close to it as feels good as you can. Some of you will be able to touch the cervix or get very close to it and just feel what you can feel here. What sensations do you notice around the space of the cervix? Any numbness, any discomfort, any pleasure? And pay attention to the thoughts and memories and visualisations that may naturally be arising as you touch this very powerful space inside your yoni. Remember, we have no agenda here. We're just exploring and getting to know the inner landscape of our yoni. Breathing nice and deep, slow and sensual breaths as you explore and and now you can either continue by yourself or you may wish to move into the De Armouring Practise using a yoni wand.

Yoni De-armouring Practice

This dearmoring practise is intended to release numbness or pain or discomfort or tightness from your yoni to make space for more pleasure, more joy, more juiciness, and can be done with your fingers or with a yoni wand. This practise is to be done when you're relaxed, when your yoni is aroused and open. So if you haven't already, you may wish to do a breath massage practise or to begin with the therapeutic yoni massage audio or yoni reflexology. One of these is a great way to prepare for De armoring. It's really important that your yoni feels open and wet before doing this De Armouring practise. So you can either rely on your natural fluids or you can apply your favourite lubricant. So with your yoni ready to be entered, you can start by inserting your finger or your wand slowly into the mouth of your yoni. And what we're going to do is to use the finger or wand and apply a gentle pressure to the inner walls of the yoni and massaging in small circles at first, very gently, the way that you might massage the palm of your hand when it feels stiff or tense. And something that's going to be really supportive for this practise is for you to make sounds. Some of the best sounds for toning the vagus nerve, which relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system and brings deep healing benefits to your body, are M and OOH. And of course, any other sounds that feel like they are just arising naturally from your body are going to be incredibly potent. So the intention of our De Armoring practise is to release the armour that your yoni has built up from your life so far, from any stress or any trauma or any tension that is being held here and is creating rigidity which blocks your ability to fully feel and experience total pleasure and bliss. So you are exploring the inner walls of your yoni with your wand or your finger and massaging with awareness, releasing any numbness or pain and using sound to make this release even deeper. Exploring just the very entrance of your yoni and being aware that the area just above the anus and just below the urethra are very sensitive. So pay extra care when you get to these spaces. So now you may wish to bring your finger or wand a little deeper inside and start to explore this area. And if you encounter spaces that feel numb or feel painful, pause there, give time. There is no rush with this practise. The slower you go, the deeper the benefits. And anything you encounter that feels stuck or feels painful, meet it with love, meet it with gratitude, because it's coming up to be released. It's coming up now because you're at a place where you're able to let it go and that is so beautiful. Be very gentle and kind to yourself with this practise, never judging any of the pain or any of the discomfort and remembering to also notice what feels good, what feels purely pleasurable. Using your breath to help move through anything sticky that you encounter any feelings of stuckness or blockages and now perhaps taking your finger or wand a little deeper inside. Remembering to use sound to help with your release. Being the witness. Feeling and noticing. Going deeper if you feel called to do so close. Keeping your face and your jaw relaxed, your tongue relaxed, your mouth a little bit open to facilitate the relaxation of your hips and your pelvis. Smiling to yourself for this beautiful healing work that you are. Gifting your yoni deep breaths to support you in the releasing, to support you in the shifting and the letting go of anything old, anything stuck, anything that no longer serves your highest goody. Continuing this diamond practise for as long as feels good for you whenever you feel you've done enough. Slowly removing finger and or wand and giving yourself some time just to lie with your hand on your heart and the other over your womb. Offering yourself some loving words. Remembering to say thank you to your womb and your yoni. Taking some time to rest and process and to record any insights you've received in your journal.
